Self Storage centres offer a variety of different size spaces to individuals or businesses to store their goods or belongings. From small lockers to large garage units and open storage we are there to provide the space you need when you need it. You can select the length of stay from a few weeks to many months and you can move to a bigger or smaller unit as you require.
Once you have signed a contract and dealt with the formalities you can come and go via the secure electronic access whenever you need to. If you need to know more - visit your nearest store, give us a call or send us an email and one of our helpful staff will tell you what you want to know.
Who is MStore?OPEN / CLOSE
MStore is privately owned business, which is a part of a larger property company, Montgomery Property Group. Montgomery has been providing business space to SME's for more than 17 years. We have been involved in self storage for more than 5 years, building and renting the Cornish facility at Victoria to an operator before taking over the operation of the store in February 2011. We have a pipeline of new facilities to be developed over the next few years across the South and South West.
What kind of security is in your stores?OPEN / CLOSE
We take the security of your belongings very seriously. Our centres are equipped with sophisticated alarm systems and 24hr CCTV surveillance. Access to the stores is strictly controlled and monitored. Your unit is secured by your own padlock - only you have the key.
Do in need my own padlock?OPEN / CLOSE
Yes - you are the only person with access to your unit so ensure it is properly secured with a suitable padlock. Bring your own or we can supply you with one.
How much does it cost to store with MStoreOPEN / CLOSE
The price of storage is based on the size of the room you need. Our online estimator will give you an indication of the size of unit that you need and and the price. If you turn up and its too big or small we will try and get you into another available unit.
Why are your prices online unlike other operators?OPEN / CLOSE
We know when you surf the internet you are look for information straight away and that includes the price. That's why we show you our standard prices and back it up with our price promise so you know immediately and without leaving your details what it will cost. If you want a formal quote then we will supply this. When you sign up our staff will tell you whether you are entitled to any further discounts or offers.
What is the minimum rental period?OPEN / CLOSE

You are welcome as long as you want.
How Quickly can I move in?OPEN / CLOSE
If we have the space you can visit the store during office hours with ID and a method of payment and be in straight away. If you want to pay by direct debit in future then bring your bank details.
What is included in the price?OPEN / CLOSE
The price you are quoted includes your storage charge and VAT. If you are a business any VAT chargeable will be separately identified. In addition to the storage charge you will need a padlock and you will need to ensure you have insurance. A refundable security deposit will also be taken equal to four weeks storage charge. This is refunded when you vacate.
Do I pay weekly or monthly?OPEN / CLOSE
We will take payment by Direct Debit or Credit Card each month on or about the date when you took occupation.
Do you offer discounts?OPEN / CLOSE
Yes - we have a variety of discounts and offers in place at any one time. From introductory offers to discounts for existing customers of our property business.
What do I need to set up a contract?OPEN / CLOSE
Two forms of ID, one that must be a photo ID (passport or driving licence) and a utility bill less than 3 months old. A method of payment, debit or credit card will be needed for the first invoice. If you want to.
What methods of payment are available?OPEN / CLOSE
You can pay by debit or credit card or direct debit from your bank. We will accept cash or cheques for you first payment - allow 10 days for cheques to clear before moving in. Ongoing payments should be by direct debit or a standing authority on a debit/credit card.
Do you offer discounts?OPEN / CLOSE
Yes - our offers and discounts are usually shown on our web site or in-store. Our staff will ensure you get the best price when you sign up. If you are looking for long term (more than 12 months) storage then we will negotiate a better rate.
Do I need Insurance?OPEN / CLOSE
Yes - you must have insurance whilst in our facility and you must declare the value of your goods at the time of signing-up. We can offer you cover under our own policy at competitive rates.
Can I park at the storeOPEN / CLOSE
Yes - free parking is available
Can I access my belongings whenever I wantOPEN / CLOSE
Yes - you will be given an electronic access card and PIN code to access the facility and you will hold the key to your own unit.
Can anyone else access my unitOPEN / CLOSE
You are the only person with the key to your unit. If you want to give another person access then you must register them with us.
Can I move to another unit?OPEN / CLOSE
Yes - if you want to move and we have available space then this can be arranged by our staff.
Can I reserve online?OPEN / CLOSE
When our boffins get their heads around out you will. At the moment you can reserve over the telephone or in-store. There is a small non-refundable reservation fee which will be set off against your first payment. Downloadable copy of licence agreement and any other documents - or online brochure.
